A priest, an imam, and a rabbi are talking about the greatest miracle they’ve ever experienced. Priest: “I was caught in a terrible storm. I prayed—and suddenly: rain and wind everywhere, but just a meter around me it was dry and calm.” Imam: “That’s nothing. I was swept by a sandstorm in the desert. I prayed—and suddenly: sand everywhere, but not a single grain moved within a meter of me.” Rabbi: “Once I was walking my thousand steps to the synagogue on a Saturday, and I see a wallet full of money on the ground ahead of me. But it’s the Sabbath, so I can’t pick it up. I prayed—and suddenly: everything was Saturday, except for the meter around me, which was Tuesday.”

Baví se kněz, imám a rabín o tom, jaký největší zázrak v životě zažili. Kněz: „Zastihla mě strašná bouřka. Pomodlil jsem se – a najednou: všude liják a vichr, jen metr kolem mě sucho a klid.“ Imám: „To nic není. Mě na poušti smetla písečná bouře. Pomodlil jsem se – a najednou: všude písek, jen metr kolem mě se nehnulo ani zrnko.“ Rabín: „Já šel takhle jednou v sobotu svých tisíc kroků do synagogy a před sebou na zemi vidím peněženku plnou peněz. Jenže když je sabat, nesmím ji zvednout. Pomodlil jsem se – a najednou: všude sobota, jen metr kolem mě bylo úterý.“
