Alright friends, on with another comics about Pinky and Spiky, well ...being stuck inside because of the rain only works for a certain amount of time.
After that you start looking for things to do like a distraction.
Or people. Maybe a mushroom cap.
Or puddles.
For this Pinky and Spiky comics contest, the theme is rainy day cabin fever, and I am thinking of that feeling when it has been raining like forever and you have already looked out the window about a ton of times hoping it stopped. But didn't
Spiky is clearly trying to be responsible here. Mushroom umbrella, staying mostly dry, looking around for Pinky...which is already becoming repetitive
“Pinky, where are we?” (feeling scared seeing some gigantic footprints on the mud)
And then he finds her.
Of course she’s not sitting quietly somewhere waiting for the rain to stop. She’s already out there making a complete mess of herself in the puddles.
And then comes the inevitable:
“Look Spiky, SPLASH!”
At this point, Spiky has two choices. Go back inside and be sensible, or accept that the day is already wet and join in.
Guess which one he picked.
I kinda like these two together. One is always trying to figure out what is going on and the other one seems perfectly happy making the situation worse. I guess I sometimes need that attitude no explanation necessary.
Maybe that's what cabin fever does. After being stuck indoors long enough, even a muddy puddle starts looking like entertainment. That's certain for Pinky obviously
And honestly... on a rainy day, I can understand that.

No pressure.
Just observation.
