Pinky, Where Are You?
I think Spiky has had enough.
The theme for this Pinky and Spiky comics contest is waking up from a deep slumber, and somehow my brain went straight to the kind of sleep where you wake up but you’re not entirely sure what time and year it is.
So here’s Spiky, looking for Pinky and already yelling, “Pinky, where are you?”
Meanwhile… NGARRKK!!!
Yep. There she is. Still sleepwalking.
Suffice it to say that this is not the first time Spiky has had to deal with this. And judging by that expression, probably not the last either.
I kept the comic really simple because honestly, the joke is in that little moment. One partner is awake and trying to figure out what’s going on, while the other one is still somewhere between dreaming and walking.
Maybe Pinky is awake.
Maybe she isn't.
At this point, Spiky probably just wants coffee.
This is my entry for the Pinky and Spiky comics making contest. Now I’m wondering what Pinky was dreaming about in the first place...hmmm
No pressure.
Just observation.
