Did you ever saw how we party in Slovenia? No? Then you need to see this post.
If you turning 30, that means it's going to be a big party.
It was a lot of decorating and in the first 2 hours was so hot, but then all of a sudden a big storm started to developing and slowly moving into our direction. Our birthday girl was just devastating, so much decorating and planning because you turning 30 just once, and now everything's going to be destroyed? But hey, this is a big place and we have a little terrace with a roof and you can have fun here too. So when the rain came, everybody took something and we started to run under the roof.
She was so sad because she wanted to have a party outside on a meadow where everything was already prepared and decorated, but you can't trust to a wether man because he said it will be sunny and hot. Mistake :)
But, the party didn't stop. We were under the roof and still laughing and eating a lot :)
Our birthday girl needed about 2 hours to calm herself down and started to enjoy her own party. And then all of the sudden her best friend showed up, she told her that she won't make because of so much work, but she came :) She was jumping like crazy and the bad weather was forgotten ;) And then the real party started.
After one hour we started to hear some strange music coming from the other side of the lake. What ? 5 boys came with a different instrument playing traditional songs from our land. O my, this was loud 😊
I really wasn’t sure about one instrument that a man was playing. Amazing sound, but strange shape :)
After some wine, the dancing started. I'm not a dancing fan, especially if is a traditional dance, but you can't say no when someone asks you to dance with him or her 😊 We were dancing, we were singing and after the cake came, something amazing happened, fireworks. 😊
So, it doesn't matter what the weather will be but what kind of people are around you because we made it fun and unforgettable 😊
