Hey guys, sharing today’s update with you all! Had a nice, easy day — nothing intense, just regular walking and everyday movement. Step by step it all added up and I finished with more than 5 000 steps.

Thursday was a busy day at work and I didn't have many opportunities to walk. After work I went for a 20km long bike ride. I hope that on Friday I will made more steps. Photography: Migrant Hawker dragonfly.
