Spring rolls with meat - a must-have delicious dish during Tet in Vietnam
Hi all Hivers, how are you today?
Vietnam is at a time when the Lunar New Year is the traditional Tet holiday in my country. Whenever this time comes, my mother will often cook traditional dishes such as Chung cake, spring rolls and frozen meat. In today's post, I will introduce to you the spring rolls with meat
This dish is quite complicated because of many ingredients and the steps are also time consuming. However, believe me, this dish is delicious and you should definitely try it once. The dish with sweet and sour dipping sauce and vermicelli is a typical dish of the North in particular and Vietnam in general
Materials needed
- pork (minced)
- mushrooms
- bean sprouts
- spring onion
- carrot
- bean sprouts
- rice noodle
- shrimp (optional)
- egg
- rice paper leaves
- black pepper, fish sauce, salt, sugar, chilli
Let's do it together
- Step 1: Chop shiitake, scallions, carrots and mix with minced meat
- Step 2: Soak the vermicelli until soft, then cut into small pieces and mix into the above mixture
- Step 3: Squeeze bean sprouts until soft and then add to the above mixture. Add 5 eggs and seasonings including black pepper, 1 teaspoon fish sauce and 1 teaspoon salt
Step 4: Mix well. The characteristic of the dish is that the ingredients will be made small and mixed together
Step 5: Roll meat in rice paper leaves cut into a circle and about 7 cm long
- Step 6: Heat the pan with oil then put the meat roll above into the oil pan. Fry spring rolls on low heat for 20 minutes
- Step 7: mix sweet and sour dipping sauce with filtered water, fish sauce, lemon, sugar, pepper, chili, thinly sliced carrots and garlic.
- Step 8: Finish the dish and decorate the plate
After 1 hour, my mother and I finished the spring rolls with meat eaten during the traditional Tet holidays. The dish will be very delicious when adding noodles and salads
Wishing you a peaceful and happy new year.
