Sunday morning the sun was shining. The family took it slow lazing in bed, and no one needed anything from me so I popped in my headphones with some hits from the 90s and took off running.
I ran 3k a few times last week, but this was my first time in many years running/jogging for 5k straight so I was felt stoked.
After the run I ate some bread and eggs for breakfast and cleaned up around the house. My daughter wanted to go swimming, so we rode our bikes to a pool. The water was cold but nice. We mostly played around but I still got about 20 laps in. Afterwords we rode to a restaurant and ate warm bowls of noodle soup for lunch.
A good Sunday and start of the week getting a good amount of exercise and hitting 14,178 steps. Thanks for reading and hope you had a great active Sunday.
