Getting Steps In- Alive and Thriving (IAAC# 30) Actifit Report Card: August 16 2565
Hi friends, I hope you found some tranquility on Tuesday.
It was a beautiful rainy day here. Happily, I forced myself out of bed around 5:30 am and got a good walk-in before the day started. I saw some nice flowers, clearly enjoying the rain we've been getting.
I tried to stand and move as much as a could while getting work done during the day, trying not to sit for more than 20 minutes at a time. I was able to make 15,756 steps over the course of the day, a personal record, and surpassing my minimum goal of 12,000 steps.
In the evening, I had a bit of time to dedicate to other Hive Quests. Here are some Highlights:
- I participated in the Alive Chat August 16, 2022 - Daily Prize Drawing- Today's Topic: ALIVE Burning Contest - Weekly Prize Drawing. I promote all of my Alive tribe posts by burning a 3-5 ALIVE tokens every day and accumulated 33 tickets for the contest, 13 more than my 20 tickets last week.
- I studied coding for an hour. I am a beginner working on improving my skills in HTML/CSS and Javascript. I use various resources, but https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Learn is where I currently spend most of my time.
- I play 3 blockchain games regularly: Rising Star, Hashkings, and Splinterlands. Tracking my daily progress in these games seems a bit tedious so I worked on a system and sheet to track progress weekly.
- I maintained regularity in daily posting and engagement.
A little ray of sunshine peaked through toward the end of the day.
Today is my 40th #Actifit report and 30th consecutive day of participating in the #IAmAliveChallenge! I am happy to report I am #AliveAndThriving.
Thanks for reading, and hope your day is full of positive experiences. I look forward to reporting on tomorrow's adventures in being alive!
Peace, Thoth442
