I like Wednesdays. They’re calm because I don’t have to sell. So I get up early as always, but go to the gym in around 6am. Back by 7am, when Ellie comes by after dropping Kami off at school. We don’t see each other much due to our work schedules, so that hour on a Wednesday is always welcome.

After that, work. On the computer, nothing serious. I got quite a few things done, which I’m always happy about. Until I got a mail that my new visa was ready, so I paid the fee and an hour later it was in my E-Mail. Some things do work nicely here. Why not recovering children that were abducted by their mothers? But hey, gotta take what you get.

I had time to take a nice nap before we did my brother’s visa interview. That was surprisingly easy, too. Just have to get one more paper, and we’re basically done. I’m really happy about that – my bureaucracy skills are still enough to handle a visa without having my brother pay 1800$ to a facilitator. It was a little fuzzy in the beginning, but in the end, I did everything right.

In the evening, I went to my Tang Soo Do class, and we refreshed all the forms plus a few other things. I like forms, and would’ve loved to work more on them. But the master knows best they say. I made it to bed early, too, and was able to fight off the rising anxiety caused by thinking of Lily and the whole situation. One day we’ll be reunited. Hopefully rather sooner than later. Thanks for reading!
