Del taco, a days drive away!

I am a former Californian who moved to Virginia and now misses this fast food heaven. Today I decided to look on maps and see if there were any of their restaurants that may have popped up over here. Low and behold, some blessed soul decided to invest in this chain! Before I did the search, I assumed I had already found the furthest store east of California on this rather lonely exit between Denver and Fort Collins in beautiful Colorado. I was wrong! Planning a day trip just to eat some fast food may seem absurd to you, but if you knew how close food is to my heart, you’d understand.
