❣️Hello friends of hive!❣️
Today I have another recipe that’s perfect for breakfast or dinner: banana waffles. They’re delicious and very fluffy, plus they’re easy to make, and your family will love them. Here’s a simple step-by-step guide.
Add the milk, egg, salt, sugar, vanilla, and bananas to the blender; blend until the mixture is smooth.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and, using a whisk, gradually add the wheat flour, stirring until there are no lumps. Let it rest for 15 minutes. If the mixture is too thick, add milk; if it’s too runny, add another tablespoon of wheat flour.
Preheat the waffle maker and brush it with a little oil. Pour in the desired amount of batter, close the lid, and let them cook for about 5 minutes, or until the waffles are golden brown and crispy.
And it's ready to serve; today I served it with strawberry jam for a delicious, flavorful breakfast. Enjoy your meal!
