So you can probably tell I eat a lot of tacos.. yes it's a staple of mine. 😄 I've made chicken tacos before and they were amazing. (Still a favourite of mine) but these beef tacos were pretty delicious too.
So this is a similar recipe to the chicken taco, but with minor differences.

What you'll need:

Mince
Taco shell
Chopped tomato
Chopped onion
Black Beans
Half a chili sliced
Corn
Cottage cheese/sour cream
Salsa
Mozzarella

So first off, pre-heat the oven and put the taco shells inside so that it can warm up for about 3-5 minutes. Then what you do is put the mince and onions into a warmed up pan that has already been greased and wait for the mince and onions to brown a bit. Then add all the ingredients into the pan with the mince except for the salsa, mozzarella, cottage cheese/sour cream and the taco shell (obviously👀). While that's cooking you can grate the mozzarella cheese on a separate plate. You can grate as much as you want. I probably grated about 10-15 grams of cheese. Once everything is done, take everything off heat. Put the cottage cheese/sour cream on the bottom of the taco, then add all the ingredients in the pan on top of that until it's about almost full, but not quite. Then add the mozzarella on top and put it in the microwave for 20-30 seconds for the cheese to melt and the taco shell to become a little softer and less crumbly. Once you are done all you have to do is add the salsa and you have your taco. You could add guacamole on top if you like too. I hope you enjoy this recipes as much as I did and if you enjoy tacos, check out my chicken taco recipe which is amazing 👉 https://steemit.com/food/@themessup/lazy-kitchen-5-minute-tacos
