Crust:
1 c flour
1/2 c almond flour
1/4 c sugar
A pinch of salt
100 g butter (the more the merrier! - think shortbread, droooolllsss 馃構馃構馃構馃構)
2nd Layer:
1 lemon
2 eggs
1 c sugar
1/2 c unsweetened desiccated coconut
1/4 c almond flour
1/4 c hemp hearts
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp skim milk powder
1/2 tsp BP
Icing:
1 1/2 c icing sugar
2 tbsp butter
4 tbsp lemon juice
