This Monday I have a recipe to share of sweet and tart pie.
If you like just the sweetness, omit the fresh cranberries. If you'd like tartness but just a tad, use 1/4 c only. Whichever you prefer 😊
9 apples
1/2 bag Cranberries
1/3 c sugar
A generous pinch cinnamon powder
1 lemon
3 c flour
1/3 c sugar
220 g df fat/golden shortening - chilled
A pinch of salt
1 whole egg worth aquafaba
110 ml df milk
1 tbsp sugar
3/4 tbsp active dry yeast
