I spend quite a lot on the internet especially due to the country going on lockdown. For the past 6 weeks, I've been following the same schedule every day and most of it includes either scrolling down the newsfeed (Facebook, Instagram, HIVE), doing office work, researching for my blogs, or watching Television series.
At some point, I'm bound to have some problems with my eyes. I even started using blue light filter on both my smartphone and laptop. Does it work or not, time will tell. 😄
What about you guys?
