For a long time, I looked at the internet as nothing more than a giant screen for passive consumption. I spent hours scrolling, watching videos pass before my eyes, and absorbing information that evaporated the moment I closed my phone.
A while ago, I found myself questioning: "Is it actually possible for this virtual world to be a vehicle for building something real, or are we just wasting our time?"
One day, I started searching for stories of people who managed to turn their passion for "words" into a tangible impact. I discovered that the difference between those who consume the internet and those who build it comes down to one thing: The Decision.
The decision to stop being a "spectator" and start being a "participant."
Today, I decided to start my own journey here. I am not an expert yet, and I don't have record-breaking numbers, but I have decided to document my journey, my mistakes, and my daily learnings here on this blog.
Perhaps months from now, I will return to read this post and smile—not because I made a fortune, but because I decided to step out of the circle of spectators and into the circle of those who are trying to build something of their own.
The question I pose now to everyone reading these words is:
What is a skill or an experience you have always wished you started documenting or working on long ago?
Let’s learn from each other; I look forward to reading your experiences in the comments
