When serving a 3-day eviction notice you must put the notice on the main entry door of apartment, send notice by regular mail and send a notice by certified mail. After the four days have past you can now file an eviction.
Not mention in video: Once file in court, court date is set. When you when the eviction the judge will set a date the tenants need to be out by. When tenants are not out by that date you will need to contact the local Sheriffs office or police and set a date with them to actually evict tenants. You will also be charged for Sheriffs office to deliver notice to them and again for the actual eviction. This isn't a cheap process.
