Hard work pays off. Another apartment remodeled.

Here's the recent apartment I have been working on. Before and after videos and some at the end of the work being done. Unlike most contractors, Landlords Normally have to pay upfront for the work and materials to be done and/or do the work without being paid while hoping that their investment pays off over the next 10-30 years with the slow trickle of rents coming back in on it.
