I don't know if I had told you that in the institution where I work we are celebrating this week the anniversary of the International Down Syndrome Day, which is celebrated on March 21st because this day is the number of chromosome 21, which is the protagonist of the carriers of this special condition.
Our student population consists of 134 young people between 15 years and older, with cognitive compromise; among which we have 18 children with Down Syndrome, but for them and for us it is only a condition because they are the most adored children in the world, nobody knows how well we work with them until it is their turn.

This activity is part of the program of our Culture Coordinator, Neyda Pino, which was very colorful because of the amount of balloons and at the same time very funny because our young people were lively and cheerful; the truth in the pictures you can see their happy faces and how much fun we had because I include myself in what I enjoyed with them.
