I'm not feeling too fine today, I'm hurt and the person who hurt me is unrepentant about it.
I don't know why some people just love to defend their mistakes. The four letter word "sorry" is not in their dictionary, they won't shift ground no matter what, they feel too big to be corrected.
It really takes good character and courage to admit ones mistake. This little things really mean so much and may even save you a lot of trouble from the person you've wronged.
