Add water little by little to make a soft dough.

20230703_080547.jpg

Now let's prepare other things for this. For that, wash and clean the large onion into very small pieces, cut the chili pods into small pieces and cut the curry leaves into very small pieces.

20230703_081039.jpg

20230703_080827.jpg

20230703_081329.jpg

Now mash the boiled potatoes well.

20230703_081438.jpg

20230703_081603.jpg

Add finely chopped onions, curry leaves and green chillies to the mashed potato mixture.

20230703_081630.jpg

20230703_081639.jpg

Then add curry powder, coriander powder, remaining one teaspoon of salt powder and two teaspoons of chilli pieces and stir this mixture well.

To prepare the required flour balls from this flour mixture, we put a little flour on the thinning disk and thin the flour mill as seen in the image above and cut the pieces.

Now make small balls from the cut pieces and thin them as shown in the picture.

20230703_082146.jpg

20230703_082325.jpg

Now we need this type of spoon. We need a spoon like this to make the shape. We call it the oil spoon.

20230703_082204.jpg

Place the small flour mixture that we thinned earlier on this spoon and press it by hand.

20230703_082412.jpg

Keep one tablespoon of the potato mixture.

20230703_082502.jpg

Now take it out with a spoon as shown in the picture and cover the surrounding area well.

20230703_082521.jpg

20230703_082549.jpg

20230703_083829.jpg

Fry the prepared samosas in oil for seven to eight minutes until golden.

This is the usual samosa mix. But the difference is the difference in the shape it is made of. But I think everyone likes to eat it, especially when it's made differently like this. I think you can prepare for breakfast or dinner especially on a day when all your family is there. So I invite my dear friends to make it and taste it.
