Well well, we have an Indonesian interesting dish over here. Although it's a rather simple plate, the taste is not that plain hehe .
If you come to any restaurant in Bali for example, and order Chicken Satay, what you see in the images is what you'll usually get. And that is: chicken squer with peanut sauce and rice .
As you can see, the chicken is brought in a claypot having the coals still burning inside, allowing the chicken to keep it roasting .
Mhmm and the smoke of the coals blending in with the meat is just... Yummy!!! ahahah
