We wish to provide information for our newer members regarding various aspects of the HIVE Eco System, information that has been comprised by the most common questions asked within our Discord. This information is to be used as a Guideline to potentially assist you along your Journey, we, as TeamPH will be continuously looking to add valuable information into our FAQs moving forward.
TeamPH has ventured into the realm of Curation through Peakd, and supports this project as it is Community Based and beneficial for all parties. On Peakd, Splinterlands is very influential and holds weekly competitions for everyone to enter offering opportunities to earn a passive income. Here are some of the frequently asked questions and answers.
Why do we encourage Blogging in TeamPH?
• Hive is a Social Experiment, TeamPH can be the beacon of Light. As TeamPH is relatively new to the Eco System, we have not yet had an opportunity to experience the exploitation aspect. We have an opportunity, with the right guidance to be the difference and to encourage the positive outcome through maintaining moral standards, ethics and Integrity.
• It is an alternative way to express yourself, it encourages the development of a person’s confidence, can be used as a learning tool to perhaps perfect writing skills, languages, visual designs and creativity.
• It is a method that can be used to increase your position within the Hive Eco System, Influence is everything and through gradual accumulation of assets, and within the TeamPH collective we can become a force to be reckoned with.
• Gives a person an opportunity to accumulate assets (HIVE, HIVE POWER) and even Savings through HBD (Hive Back Dollars). The benefit also is that you can compound on your savings. Saving for a rainy day is new to the average Filipino, we encourage this through TeamPH.
• Social Networking, you can write about anything, there is a group that is interested and willing to listen. You can make friends who will add value to your Journey and inspire you to write great content. There are many Curation Tribes actively seek out people that produce quality content and offer support.
Blogging Do’s
• Genuine articles expressing a subject matter that you are interested in talking about. TeamPH always starts with an Introductory Post. Tell us something about yourself.
• Include Photos or relative topic pictures
• Be yourself and be open to receiving constructive feedback, it will always push you to improve on your Journey
• Use relevant tags in accordance to your Subject Matter and Post in the appropriate Community. For example. if I was writing a Social Media Challenge in regards to Splinterlands, I would write the article from the Splinterlands Community, I would tag TeamPH, Splintertalks, Hive, THGaming and Play2earn.
• Make sure that if you use pictures or quotes, that you mention the source of where you obtained this information.

Do not cross post articles
Do not expect upvotes. It is not always guaranteed, just continue to write quality content and you will eventually be noticed.
Do not turn this into a money-making Opportunity. There are many ways to exploit this Eco-System but be advised you will be caught, be sure that you are the person that is writing your own content, plagiarism or the use of AI generating software will not be tolerated and if caught doing this, severe consequences will apply.
Do not Upvote your Own Post! If it is a quality post people will do that for you.

Can we Use TeamPH Materials, Where can it be Found?
We will be making an area, in which you may use TeamPH material for your posts, this is open to all TeamPH Members and is contributed from the skills found from many in your Community which has been created and donated. Please do not misuse the material and only state at TeamPH as the Source.
Curation Initiatives
Delegation to our main curation account is not obligatory however we thrive together and the more power we hold the larger not only our upvote but our reputation and influence. We do not currently offer any initiatives for delegating power, but as a community we pay it forward to help others.
@Mangomayhem is in charge of the Curation Account Initiative and reviews posts from the TeamPH community, those being followed and those with interesting content that should be shared with our Community. The Curation account has the ability to upvote content based on quality. It is not guaranteed but if you are not upvoted, a comment will be left explaining why. If there is no upvote or comment, please feel free to contact me, perhaps I have just missed the article.
The Curation Team holds special competitions regarding writing skills, where TeamPH tokens and other prizes are up for grabs.
