So many people this summer of 2017 i've noticed are going thru serious health problems/having awakening moments where they realize they need to change how they live their life. Many seem to be panicking. Out of this panic many seem to be frantically searching for "the perfect diet" or "the perfect schedule" or "the perfect mate". I am here to tell you there is no 1 right answer to anything. You must consciously listen to your body as it interacts with food, humans, nature, the ground as you step, the rain as it falls on your skin, and decide whether you like it or dislike it. This is how one consciously finds exactly what is right for their human vessel: listening.

I am 24 years old and have been into health and nutrition since about 13 very seriously. When i was 18 i began seriously researching and learning about spirituality, religious practices, and God. I have tried so many different diets, religious practices, forms of prayer, forms of exercise, types of drugs out there, and what has stuck with me is what worked, what felt right. You have to be willing to experiment. To try everything under the sun to find what is suitable for this current human vessel your soul is occupying. Many people hurt themselves emotionally and psychologically by wholeheartedly committing to a label (say veganism or catholicism) without allowing their consciousness to interact with the labels and their fruits accordingly.

Try a vegetarian diet, maybe you'll find you like bananas in the morning. Try a meat diet, maybe you'll find you like fish. Try yoga, maybe you'll find you enjoy meditation. Try psychedelics, maybe you'll find you like mushrooms occasionally. Try a guru, maybe you'll find that only you can be your own guru. Who knows? Only God knows ;)

The key thing here is to be conscious while trying things and to really listen to how your body reacts/feels emotionally to the stimulus/information you give it.

Now watch this video and have a good day :)
