Good morning all I hope life is treating you well
For todays post I am going to share a few shots taken recently one morning by the water.
Now I know some of you may have read or be experiencing the smoke and bad air quality from the wild fires in Canada and seen the hazy almost apocalyptic like photos from around the area particularly in NYC, but I will say these golden tones are I believe not caused by the wild fire smoke, but by mother nature.
I say I believe as I took these the day before I saw the air quality levels getting bad here I have alerts set up on my phone as I do have breathing health issues after dealing with TB back in 2007 and hence have to be sensible when the conditions are bad for those with health issues.

now looking at this first photo again as I prepare this post, perhaps the smoke particles had got here that morning looking at the hazy look over the sun, and I did find my self coughing a bit after that morning walk, but was sensible since then and have bene pretty much staying indoors since, today the levels are back in the good range, so perhaps this afternoon I may be able to get out for a photowalk, but I see more smoke is still making its way across the country so I will not tempt fate and say it is over
A small Note I prepare most of my posts a week in advance so by the time I share this I am hoping the wild fire smoke and bad air quality is old news

And this is a little platform on the water near to the Osprey nest, there is an osprey standing on it, but my attention was on the golden light for this shot
