Mattapoisett Town Beach

Good morning all, the end of the year rapidly approaching, is it just me or has this year flown by for you as well

Today I am sharing some shots from a visit I did to the Mattapoisett Town beach early morning a few weeks back.
Back then it was nice and warm, no breeze at all so the water was so still.
The first shot is not of the beach as such as its off to the left out of shot but looking across the water some nice sunrise colors and a few nice boats anchored out on the water

Now I am on the beach, as you can see its a fairly small beach Just down from the town Wharf which I have shared photos of before.

It may be small but none the less still a nice sandy beach and probably nice for swimming as its protected with the land on one side and the wharfs on the other.

The warm glow of the rising sun added to the nice weather made for a nice time out that morning

Looking along the beach, as you can see the sandy area is nice and wide, and I am guessing it must be popular during the day t warrant to life guard towers

this is a bit along from the sandy beach, looking back towards the town beach, the colors really came out nice that morning

and finishing off close to the same spot when I started, as you can see sunrise kept giving us such lovely colors that morning, was one of the nicest sunrise I had seen for a while that day
