Today I’m going to make cabbage fritters (Badhakopir Chop) at home. It’s a very tasty snack for the evening, and everyone — both kids and adults — loves it a lot. So come on, let me share everything with you step by step.
1.Cabbage – 2 cups finely grated or shredded
2.Potato – 1 medium-sized, boiled and mashed (for binding)
3.Onion – 1 small, finely chopped
4.Green chilies – 1–2, finely chopped (optional)
5.Ginger-garlic paste – ½–1 teaspoon
6.Coriander leaves – 2 tablespoons, chopped
7.Turmeric powder – ¼ teaspoon
8.Red chili powder – ½–1 teaspoon
9.Garam masala – ½ teaspoon
10.Cumin seeds – ½ teaspoon (optional)
11.Salt – to taste
12.Besan (gram flour) or bread crumbs – 3–4 13.tablespoons (for binding)
14.Oil – for shallow frying.
Instructions
Our delicious cabbage cutlets are completely ready. On winter days, it feels really wonderful to eat these hot cabbage cutlets. If you want, you can make cutlets with many other vegetables in the same way. For an evening snack, the taste of these cabbage cutlets with a hot cup of tea is truly delightful.
