This is the 76th episode of my continuous #ParentingSeries. I am now on the part-08 of my series vlog where I am discussing about Profession level of your child related issues.

In employment life, specially in case of private job, switching from one job to another job is a common thing. Career development depends on it. So it's a major decision.

When a person first time faces such a situation that he has a option to switchjob, it becomes very tough to decide. So the person generally looking for some suggestions from their friends and family person.

As a guardian you should help your child in such situations. So you should have some idea about the reasons why people change job and when should they don't do.

Here I have discussed both internal and external factors for which reason one may change their present job.

Here I have also discussed about the way as the guardians may help their child in this issue.
