This is the 71th episode of my continuous #ParentingSeries. I am now on the part-08 of my series vlog where I am discussing about Profession level of your child related issues and this is the first episode of this part.

Today I am going to share with you about not expecting return earlier on the entry level of professional life.

When your son or daughter join on a profession, he needs some time to be adjusted with the job. So don't hurry for outcome from the job.

It has been experienced that in most cases, the guardians expectation is very high. They hope their child will take responsibilities as soon as they start Professional life.

As a guardian you have to be patient and pragmatic as you should give your child enough time for adjustment.

On this video I have discussed about this issue that what should be your approach against your child when they start a new Profession.
