I am sitting here in the dark singing my daughter to sleep. My wife and I take it in turns and alternate nights, she is a better singer.
Anyone know how testing of HF21 is going and if okay, when is the expected hardfork to take place? I am looking forward to this hardfork and I think it is because it is after such a long bear market. Not very bearish at the moment though with BTC up 40% in two weeks or so.
The Steem FUD criers are out on the streets of course talking about price and how terrible Steem is doing. I like the FUD as you might have guessed as to me it signals opportunity. The more people fear, the higher the uncertainty climbs and that means there is potential building. Steem is like a spring being wound down tight and getting ready to release it's energy.
But you do you. It is funny when people make decisions based on the opinions of others and then blame the other if it doesn't work out well. There are the "this is not financial advice" advisors looking to shirk responsibility that was never theirs. This is the internet, of someone days you can charge your phone by heating it in the microwave and you do it, that is on you.
I wish I had bought some BTC. Steem is looking good at the conversion now. Oh well. I figure that while I am not trading at the moment and losing value heavily against BTC, if the crypto projects and markets do what they could, it my still be life changing value and access to opportunity. Of course, most of my hope rests on Steem pulling through eventually.
Will it? I believe so. I must believe it right? Why else would I put time and energy into something I didn't believe in? Makes me wonder about the trolls, the FUDders and the doomsday soothsayers. They seem to put a lot of energy into ummmm, what?
Resourcing decisons. What we do with what we have is up to us. Making decisions on how we spend our time and energy is on our shoulders and while some lay bricks to build walls to protect their position, others lay bricks to pave roads to where they want to go.
Bricks are bricks, energy is energy.
