Hope everyone is well. Today I was cooking a delicious potato soup so thought to share with you. I am trying to present each step simply.It is also delicious to eat.

Ingredients :

Potatoes - 5-6 pcs
Cumin - As needed
Masala paste - As needed
Green chillies paste - with 3-4 pcs
Dry chillies powder - 1 teaspoon
Bay leaf - 2 pcs
Salt - 1 teaspoon
Turmeric - 1 teaspoon
Oil - As needed
Coriander paste - As needed

The methods of making :

Take 5-6 pieces of potato. Cut each potato into small pieces. The smaller the potatoes are, the better they will boil and fry.

Now take 3 pcs green chillies and cumin, coriander and masala as required.

Mix all the ingredients together. Then mash everything well. After mashing it will form a paste.

Add oil to the pan. Heat oil on medium heat.After the oil is hot, add cumin as required. Fry cumin for 30 seconds.

After frying cumin keep it aside in another bowl.

Now add potatoes to the hot oil. Potatoes should be fried now. Add 2 pcs bay leaf and 1 teaspoon tumeric while frying.

Now add water as required. The water will help the potatoes to boil. Then cover the pan for 5 minutes.

After 5 minutes open the lid and add 1 teaspoon dry chillies powder.

I am now adding the paste that I was making to the pan.

Keep it in the pan for another 2 minutes on medium heat.Then take it down.
