Staying indoors and not getting out in contact with nature makes me fat as well as leads me to memory problems. So, I try to get outside and get into nature.
Of course, the natural environment is a place where I feel comfortable and happy. Natural scenery is good for my eyes. The more time I spend in nature, the greater benefits I can gain.
Walking among nature can heal my mind very well. Spending time in nature helps to erase bad memories and makes me feel better.
Surrounded by nature is great and it also very much helps me fight stress and depression.
Watching water and trees make me feel relaxed…
Seeing animals; i.e. ants, birds, or butterflies living freely in nature makes me realize that I am not alone in this world. I still have these friendly animals with me. I do not feel lonely at all.
The sound of birds is especially a pleasant sound that can relax my body and reduce my fatigue. I am never bored of the sound of birds…
As you can see, being surrounded by nature is great indeed....
