I know what you are thinking, yes. "This account doesn't look new, so why is it now he's introducing himself?" Well, that's kind of a long story. My hive journey has been quiet...... I can't find an appropriate word for it.
So, my name is talon. I'm an aspiring blogger. I say aspiring because I intend to have my blogging website someday and until then, I won't be able to allow myself to use the title "blogger". I'm also a student studying an agriculture-based course in a Nigerian tertiary institution.

I'm Christian by religion. My hobby includes reading, watching movies, playing football etc. Although what the " reading" entails can be quite different from time to time. Recently, it has been news websites.
As for my blogging interest, I like to write about politics, religion, cryptocurrency, football and constructive and objective thinking. I also do a lot of freewriting too.
As for the seeming complication around this introduction, I joined the platform last year. I tried to stay consistent but it wasn't working for me. You see, then I was writing so I could earn money, it was about earning. So, when the earnings didn't come, I got frustrated and just kind of went on a long break.
After some time though, I returned, but it was like I had lost my writing mojo altogether. I tried to struggle for a bit and have been struggling on and off ever since. That's the reason for this introduction.
For me, it's my way of telling my mind that we are here now, pursuing a new venture, so get to work. Nice trick right? For the platform, it's a reaffirming of my commitment to it, its growth and development.
I don't know what it is, but somehow I just feel this time will be different. I'm here now for the long haul, and from what my other friends here have to say, I won't regret it, I am sure.
