Hello everyone! I am so grateful to be part of this community. Thank you for giving me the opportunity to introduce myself. I will be sharing a few things about myself here.
My name is Igho Gift, and I am from Delta State, Nigeria, but I prefer to be called Gifted. I believe that whenever I cross paths with someone, it is always a blessing. Although I am from Delta State, I don't know how to speak my local language. Funny, right? 馃槀 I could literally be sold off if I were in my village! But I am planning to learn and practise it soon.
I studied Accounting. I remember that during my high school days, I wanted to study Banking and Finance. However, when the time came for admission, I found myself studying Accounting instead. At first, I was really angry because it wasn't what I had planned for myself, but with time, I grew to love the course. I began to appreciate the fact that Accounting involves finding solutions to problems, especially when working through difficult questions.
Today, I am involved in hair braiding, and I also run a small clothing business. Like many young people trying to find their way after school, I have had to create opportunities for myself because getting a job in the country after graduation can sometimes feel like it is connection and by the grace of God.
Apart from business, I have always had different interests. I love music, although I am not exactly a great singer. 馃槀 My love for singing was so strong that I joined the choir department at the university. I may not have the best voice, but I enjoy expressing myself through music and being part of something I love.
Another part of me that I am excited to rediscover is writing. Writing has been a passion of mine since I was growing up. During high school I do write stories on my notebooks just to share my thoughts. Somewhere along the way, life became busy and I stopped writing, but I am glad to have a friend here 
I also have interest in reading,I prefer reading to watching of movies(I can doze off few miuntes of me watching movies)but even it comes to reading I can spend hours with no regerts, when am sad am reading,when am happy am ready,my love for reading make me use my lunch money to buy books to read during my high school days,I will say reading is my therapy.
I love love,honesty,and putting on good character as clothes is a good thing.
I am excited about this new chapter, and I hope to make the most of this opportunity. I may not have everything figured out yet, but I believe every journey starts with a single step, and this is mine. The photo I used in this article is mine.
