In my city there is one place that attracts all tourists and local people.
There are 2 reasons for it: a perfect city view from the highest point on the mountain and its historical meaning.
This place is called a mountain Mithridat.
Mount Mithridat is a large hill located in the center of Kerch. It is 91.4 metres in elevation.
This place is full of archeological monuments but the center of it is a tall monument devoted to the WWII victims.
Now it's still not very warm, and there are no people in the evening there, so we used a chance to visit it at the moment when it's silent and desert.
We visited it in the fall of the last year, so we really missed it.
it's Eternal Fire devoted to war heroes
that's a view from the mountain
it's a griffin - a symbol of my city
a symbol of protection of our country from enemies
and that's the central monument devoted to WWII victims
we've stars devoted to all city-heroes of that bloody war, and one of it is ours - it's Kerch - my city-hero.
sunsets are always cool in ths place, and I like trees on sky background...
a charming view on the city....absolute relaxation...
