Hola hermosa comunidad, es maravilloso para mi escribir este martes y conectarme con ustedes. De niños nos vendieron la idea en las películas de que los sueños dependían de una lámpara mágica, de un frotar de manos y de un genio azul que resolvía la vida en breves deseos. Pero al crecer, te das cuenta que el mundo no es una máquina de conceder deseos aleatorios. Los estándares altos que siempre he tenido para mi vida, no nacieron de la ingenuidad o de vivir en la pobreza; nacieron de la certeza de que el universo no te da lo que deseas solo por capricho, sino que responde a lo que eres capaz de sostener, estructurar y manifestar.
Siempre he mirado la vida a través de un lente de ir más allá de lo evidente o lo explorado. Para mí, los sueños y la curiosidad han sido un terreno en el que me siento insaciable, en donde nada es abstracto, sino proyectos en construcción con la fecha de caducidad, que es la que uno elige para finalizarla, y solo se cumple al sentirte listo para convertirte en esa versión ideal.
Existen muchas técnicas de manifestación: desde la escritura reflexiva en un diario donde dejas todo tu caos mental para darle orden a tus metas, hasta la visualización creativa de esos espacios limpios, luminosos y llenos de paz que aspiras habitar y llamar tu propio hogar. Sin embargo, ninguna técnica funciona si no entendemos que todo lo que emprendemos es una mezcla de psicología y energía.
Nuestra mente necesita estructura, pero el espíritu necesita vibrar en la frecuencia correcta y es muy fácil no habitarla y experimentarla. Cuando iniciamos un proyecto, la intención con la que sembramos la primera semilla determina el fruto del futuro. Sin emprendes desde la carencia o el miedo, el camino se vuelve tortuoso o pesado. En cambio, si emprendes desde la convicción de que mereces esos estándares altos, el panorama cambia.
Aquí entra el dinero. Siendo realistas, el dinero es una energía magnifica, pero es un medio para un fin, no el fin en sí mismo. El dinero otorga la libertad de movimiento, tranquilidad plena de crear sin asfixia y el soporte para que lo posible se materialice en el plano físico. Pero el motor real, el que sostiene el negocio, la marca, la idea o el escrito, es la vibración y el propósito que le inyectas.
Si analizo mi propio camino y lo que dictan las energías que elijo, me doy cuenta que mi existencia en este plano no es casualidad, ni algo al azar, nada es una coincidencia. Actualmente estoy transitando unos meses de transformación interna, que me han llevado a replantearme mis hábitos, pensamientos y creencias desde la infancia. Soy creyente de la numerología y cómo reaccionas ante ello, así que yo estoy viviendo un año 9, un período de cierres, de soltar viejas estructuras y de vivir una especie de noche oscura del alma, donde debí poner límites, a sanar la comunicación desde la raíz (incluso dentro de mi propio hogar de crianza) y a entender que para recibir lo nuevo, sembrar y recibir, primero hay que vaciar los espacios llenos de ruido.
Esta transición me ha enseñado que el reino de lo posible, no es un lugar libre de retos, desafíos u obstáculos. Al contrario, es el espacio donde decides transformar el caos en claridad a través de la palabra. Como licenciada en comunicación social y escritora desde hace más de 10 años, he aprendido que el lenguaje es nuestra primera herramienta de manifestación. Cuando escribes tus metas, haces un vision board, emprendes el primer paso para creer, sacas del plano etéreo lo que anhelas y las imprimes a la realidad con tu intención.
Entonces sí, creo que los sueños se hacen realidad, pero no por arte de magia. Se cumplen porque te atreves a sostener la mirada a los deseos más ambiciosos, porque educas a tu mente a no autosabotearte y porque cuidas tu energía como el tesoro más preciado, desde compartir tiempo con gente tóxica, a combatir la flojera y la procrastinación.
No necesitamos un genio en una lámpara. Hay que tener la valentía de empezar con tomar un papel, un bolígrafo, estructurar la visión y empezar a caminar con la certeza de que todo lo que nuestra mente es capaz de concebir y creer, es capaz de manifestar.
Hello, wonderful community! It’s wonderful for me to be writing to you this Tuesday and connecting with you all. As children, movies sold us on the idea that dreams depended on a magic lamp, a rub of the hands, and a blue genie who would solve life’s problems with a few quick wishes. But as we grow up, we realize that the world isn’t a machine that grants random wishes. The high standards I’ve always held for my life didn’t stem from naivety or living in poverty; they arose from the certainty that the universe doesn’t give you what you want on a whim, but rather responds to what you’re capable of sustaining, structuring, and manifesting.
I have always viewed life through a lens of going beyond the obvious or the explored. For me, dreams and curiosity have been a realm where I feel insatiable, where nothing is abstract, but rather projects under construction with an expiration date—one you choose to end it—and it is only fulfilled when you feel ready to become that ideal version of yourself.
There are many techniques for manifestation: from reflective journaling—where you pour out all your mental chaos to bring order to your goals—to creatively visualizing those clean, bright, and peaceful spaces you aspire to inhabit and call your own home. However, no technique works if we don’t understand that everything we undertake is a blend of psychology and energy.
Our mind needs structure, but the spirit needs to vibrate at the right frequency, and it’s very easy to miss that connection and fail to experience it. When we start a project, the intention with which we plant the first seed determines the future outcome. If you begin from a place of lack or fear, the path becomes tortuous or burdensome. On the other hand, if you begin from the conviction that you deserve those high standards, the outlook changes.
This is where money comes in. Realistically speaking, money is a magnificent energy, but it is a means to an end, not the end in itself. Money grants freedom of movement, the peace of mind to create without feeling stifled, and the support for the possible to materialize on the physical plane. But the real engine—the one that sustains the business, the brand, the idea, or the writing—is the vibration and purpose you infuse into it.
When I reflect on my own journey and the energies I choose to follow, I realize that my existence on this plane is neither a coincidence nor a matter of chance—nothing is random. I am currently going through a few months of inner transformation, which has led me to reevaluate my habits, thoughts, and beliefs dating back to childhood. I believe in numerology and how it influences your reactions, so I am currently living through a Year 9—a period of closure, of letting go of old structures, and of experiencing a sort of dark night of the soul. During this time, I’ve had to set boundaries, heal communication at its root (even within my own childhood home), and understand that to receive the new—to sow and reap—one must first clear out the spaces filled with noise.
This transition has taught me that the realm of the possible is not a place free of challenges or obstacles. On the contrary, it is the space where you decide to transform chaos into clarity through the word. As a graduate in social communication and a writer for over 10 years, I have learned that language is our primary tool of manifestation. When you write down your goals, create a vision board, or take the first step toward believing, you bring what you long for out of the ethereal plane and imprint it onto reality with your intention.
So yes, I believe dreams do come true, but not by magic. They come true because you dare to hold your gaze on your most ambitious desires, because you train your mind not to sabotage yourself, and because you guard your energy like your most precious treasure—from avoiding toxic people to fighting laziness and procrastination.
We don’t need a genie in a lamp. We must have the courage to start by taking a piece of paper and a pen, structuring our vision, and setting out with the certainty that everything our mind is capable of conceiving and believing, it is capable of manifesting.
