Hello guys....
In the middle of the night I have prepared a cup of hot coffee and a piece of cake to accompany me to enjoy the movie that I will watch.
For the coffee, I will make instant coffee from the Lokalate brand which is Andaliman Latte. This is the first time i try coffee with andaliman flavor, i'm really curious about how it tastes.
Andaliman is a spice that is widely found in the highlands of North Sumatra, Indonesia. It is usually used to make Batak cuisine, so it is also known as Batak Pepper. Andaliman is a clump of oranges containing natural Vitamins C and E which function to maintain the body's immune system.
If it is usually used as a cooking ingredient, this time andaliman is present in the form of coffee, this makes this coffee have a very unique taste.
The way to make coffee is the same as making instant coffee in general. First, pour the coffee grounds into the glass provided.
Then pour hot water into a glass, then stir until the coffee grounds dissolve in the hot water.
And the andaliman coffee is finished and can be enjoyed. This Andaliman coffee has a really unusual taste for me, the coffee tastes spicy and not sweet. Although at first it feels strange, but after a while it feels good too. This is a completely new coffee taste for me, i have never tried coffee that has a spicy taste before, this is a good opportunity to try new flavors. If you want to try a new coffee flavor then I highly recommend trying this coffee.
As for the cake, I prepared a chiffon cake with pandan flavor topped with whipped cream and grated cheese. This is the cake that my brother cooked in the midnight, because it's my other brother's birthday so to celebrate it we prepared a cake made by my sister. This is a soft cake with a very good taste, especially with the addition of soft and sweet whipperd cream. I really like it, this is perfect for a birthday cake like this.
That's coffee and cake that will accompany me at midnight, and this cake is also to celebrate my brother's birthday. It's very tasty and I enjoy it.
