I just received a new item—a cushion foundation from Skintific. It’s actually a birthday gift from a friend. My birthday was a few months ago, but the gift only arrived now; that’s because when she asked me to pick something out, I couldn’t decide what I wanted—until, eventually, I settled on this.
This is a special edition Skintific cushion, pink in color and featuring a cute charm.
As usual, I purchased it through an online shop; my friend lives very far away, so she couldn't hand it to me in person. The cushion comes in a pink box—it’s absolutely adorable! The box was also wrapped in bubble wrap and plastic, ensuring it would arrive at my home safely.
Inside this box, there’s not just a cushion—there’s also a keychain and a hair clip.
There are three keychains: one is a pink heart shape, which looks puffy because it is filled with foam; another features a strap where you can attach hair clips; and there is also one with a lovely chain.
The hair clip also looks unique; it’s silver, features the word "Skintific," and is adorned with small pearls that give it a shiny appearance.
And finally, there’s the cushion—the pink cushion from Skintific, called SKINTIFIC - Cover Glow Perfect Pink. True to its name, this cushion provides a glowing, dewy finish on the skin, while offering high coverage capable of concealing dark spots and acne scars with just a single tap.
They have several shades, and I chose 03A Almond; it seems a bit darker than my skin tone, but that’s fine—it’s all manageable.
And, of course, it comes with a cushion puff. Among the various cushion puffs I own, the one from Skintific is one of my favorites—it fits perfectly in my hand. That said, it still doesn’t quite beat the cushion puff from Tirtir, which remains the best one.
Oh, and they have a cushion refill, so if this runs out, I can just buy the refill.
