It’s Wednesday, and in my area, the sky decided to give us a full dramatic show.
I stepped out around 11AM and the clouds were so heavy, I knew rain was coming. The air felt cool, and the red soil road looked even richer under the grey sky.
Instead of waiting for the rain, I hopped on a kek to make it to the shop before the downpour. There’s something peaceful about riding through wet roads, watching the world slow down for a bit.
When I got there, the streets were already wet already wet. Perfect for a walk after the shopping.
Why did I go out in this weather?
I needed to restock my skincare and get some turare. Self-care doesn’t pause just because it’s cloudy 😌
First stop was my favorite shop. The shelves were fully stocked with everything from body lotions to oils.
I settled for this S&K Duchess Glow shower gel. It cost me 10k, but the scent is amazing and my skin feels smooth already.
I also checked different types of turare before picking these two for 11k. If you know, you know — good turare changes the whole vibe at home.
