Very good to all friends and colleagues of the sports discipline of Calisthenics, SWC community and family and Hive ecosystem, I give you a cordial greeting and a great welcome to my new publication today, hoping that everyone is feeling very well and is having a great time. a nice day, in this post I will continue sharing my static training, where I did Victorian Lever, front lever and back lever training, in my previous post I showed you my Victorian Lever training. On this occasion I show you my Front lever training, where as you can see, I did it in Full, half, one leg and Tuck mode, doing resistance holds, this done with the objective of gaining strength, more seconds, better posture , more mastery of the movement and mastery in all its variations, in my training routine I first performed 5 seconds in full Front lever for 3 series, then 8 seconds in half for 3 series, as the third exercise 8 seconds on one leg for 3 series and To finish the front lever routine I did 10 seconds in Tuck with the best posture for 3 sets. At the end I felt good, since after training the Victorian lever the body is always exhausted because the Victorian and the front use the same force, with the difference that the Victorian is more intense and difficult. That's how I finished and considered my Front lever training successful. In the next post I will show everyone my Back lever training, the last static movement I trained on my training day.
