Now that my knee injury is going in the good direction a bit more about the kasseiloop last Monday. Also my son has made it to the podium :-)
This was on his race with his age group, 3rd place over 900m. Afterwards he started in the 5km but walked the last two kilometers because pain in the legs maybe this was a bit too much for him. Now up to recovery...
Meanwhile my daughter did some hurdles already yesterday at the University of Dijon
