One can't say seeing the steps count but today I've been swimming about 600-800m and running 11,5km afterwards! Die to the swimming I've been too late to share some moments with our paralympic bronze medalist Joan Munar. Unbelievable hoe he jumped 6m32 without seeing!!! Such an inspiration!
