Today’s Actifit Activity Report
Today was Sunday, and I took full advantage of the weekend by waking up late and enjoying a relaxed day. I spent some lovely time playing with Isra and also enjoyed quality time with my family.
The weather was quite humid today, and it felt warmer than it had over the past few days. Despite the heat, I went for a late-night walk and completed my daily goal of 10,000 steps once again before ending the day.
Overall, it was a calm and enjoyable Sunday filled with family time, relaxation, and a little physical activity.
Today’s Snapshot
- Activity: Late-night walk, playtime with my daughter, family time.
- Goal: Completed — 10,000 steps ✅
- Duration: Approximately 2 hours of walking
- Distance: 11 kilometres 🚶♂️🌙💪
