I don't know where this sudden back ache comes from. Tomorrow I'm going to the mountains for another (short) mountain run with the children. But more importantly on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday we'll be competing in the modern Pentathlon in the north of Spain so I really can't get an injury right know... Today we did 9km slowly but this back isn't giving me a good feeling.... #AliveAndThriving #alive
