After two really absolutely shitty rainy days exactly on the Bank holiday "day off the Balearic Islands" the sun appeared again!!! Since the cross would be too messy I opted to go and train on the track with my children. After I made her suffering a couple of rounds my daughter taught me some sprint technique #AliveAndThriving #alive
