In the morning beach volley and seeing Claudias athletics Trainer and some swimming; in the evening running in Alcudia. A lot of competitors and too short for Mathias (8th); afterwards he did a round of about 1500m at about 4'30"/km I think. For Claudia there were no competitors, not even among the boys so she easily won her serie. For me apart from the continuous pain in hip and Achilles heel things tend to get better and I'm getting closer again to the 4'/km. 32rd place was not bad at all at about 175 participants. #AliveAndThriving #alive
