In my previous blog Understanding Project, I presented an overview of Projects. Here, I would like to go through the project-cycle and the idea of creating a sketch of your project.

Project Cycle
The core idea of the project life-cycle lies in Understand, Plan, Implement, and Evaluate. However, I am a fan-boy of the "Design-Thinking' process. The whole process sums-up all the attributes of the project cycle. I won't be going briefly, as I have already done that in one of my previous blog. The break-down of the process are as follows:

Empathize: Empathize is a word that connects with empathy. This means being able to understand the feeling from other's perspectives. Basically, empathy will make you able to relate and understand the ideas in respect to the need with an open mind.

Define: When you understand the need, it becomes easier to make a plan. The planning on the basis of various tasks, work-cycle, to-do-list, and physical resources is a must to meet the goal.

Ideate: Ideate is the process of brain-storming. Brain-storming is the act of collecting ideas through a process of research, realization, and random thoughts. The ideas get evaluated and analyzed on the basis of reality.

Prototype: A prototype is an idea ready to come into action after the final decision from the team/authority. After the assessment of the ground reality and ideas, the best ones are brought into the core vision. The communication channel, work style, approach, and management is put up in the principles.

Test: Test is the act o putting the prototype in action. The monitoring and evaluation of the prototype are to make sure of that the action has met the desirable outcomes. It's also the process of assessments of existing un-solved problems. The deviation in the idea gets further evaluated, analyzed, and the process of solving them restarts from the beginning.

The act of seeking the value of existing ideas into the real world is the core of project life-cycle.
