Good day Henthusiast, The Holy week is now over it's time to go back in our normal life, vacation is over it's time to grind again. And as always never forget to thank God for all our blessings.
As part of the Bring Me challenge #4, I present to you one of the dish that we prepared during the Holy Week. I don't know what to call it, but it's a shanghai mixture without meat wrapped in Molo Wrapper.
First , I grated the carrots into small parts then sliced the bell pepper into thin slices, as per my wife's request.
After doing the slicing, she mixed all of it with salt and paminta , then she wrapped the mixture with Molo Warapper. Sorry for this 'cause I'm not able to take pictures while she was doing it. 馃榿馃槝
While she was cooking the Molo wrapped shanghai mix, I was ordered to chop some onion, garlic, cucumber and chili.
These ingredients are always present whenever we cook at home street foods like, kikiam, fish ball and one day old chick. And with a little mixture of vinegar, sugar and paminta , the sawsawan( sauce ) is done.
Sorry for this it look dry, I already drank some of the vinegar ,its so tasty.
So after my wife is done cooking,its time to dig in. We also have some Hito (catfish) and left over Pink Salmon Sinigang.
