Although I have a good head, a somewhat witty head, that doesn’t mean I don’t (or can’t) make stupid decisions – I do. Do you remember the meme “I don’t make mistakes once- I make them 3 or 4 times just to be sure”? Yeah, that meme. I love and admire thoughtful, complex, or heartfelt quotes, but when it comes to relating, memes win most of the time. It almost looks like memes understand me more than anything else.

Here's a meme for you.

The last few weeks have been quite a blur. I’m not even going to say that I’m trying to keep track of things; I’m not. I found out, that when I’m in a big pile of mess, I transform into an ostrich – bury my head under the sand and hope ‘n wait till shit blows over, which never happens. Well, shits do blow over – Literally flying in all directions making a bigger mess than it was before. When that happens, I yank my stupid head out of the sand and deal with it. I tell you, it’s not the best approach or even the right one but sometimes burying your head in the sand cools it down to deal with the humongous shit later.

Again, it’s not the right approach.

Apparently, I never learn as I keep repeating the same thing like a hamster running on a wheel. The end result? This usually happens in places or surroundings I’m reluctant to be in and though I’m capable of dealing with the shit early, my reluctance to the former lazily says “Later… later… later”. We all know, that later becomes too late. In places or surroundings that I am comfortable in, I don’t feel any restrictions within myself to prevent me from dealing with shits. So, ultimately it varies and mostly depends on the place or surroundings. Sometimes I jump too early, sometimes late and sometimes I wait for the thing that I’m jumping for to come to me.

One may come to the conclusion that I have bad techniques while handling a rather adverse situation, even saying that I might be afraid of the lemons that life throws at me. Then what's the right approach?

Throw those lemons back?

Make lemonade with them?

Plant the lemons and hope they will grow into a tree?

Or is lemon really an appropriate analogy here?

My blurred days take a toll on me and I know, I'm barely making any sense. The shitstorm I am in will pass on. I have also seen that sometimes the only way to deal with shit is to brace yourself for the impact and wait. Maybe I have turned this into a habit of not facing drizzles.

I avoid problems at all costs. It is an issue but also I'm aware that you can't just charge head-on with every problem that occurs, even, though not all problems require your attention. I'm possibly close to being worst at handling shits but is there anyone who's best at dealing with them?
