One thing am always happy about when it comes to Hive is that Hive Blockchain is such a place with so many good structures that has already been put in place. I mean , we the users here on Hive knows that those who built this blockchain called hive, indeed, put lots of work in the development.

I have been on Hive for few years now and I can say personally that I have enjoyed Hive, but I also believe that there are few other things that might be lacking here which I believe is normal, because there has never been a full 100 💯 percent in everything that concerns developments, especially when we talking of websites, blockchains , organizations, etc. So I feel that time gives room for those who develops to make adjustments for important which Hive needs as well.

And Pare-venture, one day I have the opportunity to manage and change things here on Hive for a whole one day, being a full 24 hours to be in control of Hive Blockchain. Waoh! Honestly, this is one opportunity that will make me feel so good, as someone that will help contribute towards something new to Hive Blockchain growth. Here they are below:

Welcoming Conducive Environment:

The first thing that will definitely come to my mind is what to do to help the new on-boarders called the Newbies to feel at ease and welcomed once they onboard on Hive. This will be my first goal project because I remembered when I first onboarded on hive few years back now. I could not believe am the person that is still here and writing ✍️ this prompt. I was so confused because I did not know where and how to start. And honestly, it costed me, but “patience is a virtue” they always will say.

This problem I feel is what the new on-boarders are facing. Although, we can say Hive has many users today, but nothing is permanent in life. Many are also leaving , so we need a conducive welcoming environment for new comers . This will really help many to come and stay without that initial discouragement they see and feel.

Hard Work Pays:

Hard work is what everyone believes that pays off, and that is why people tries to work hard , expecting reward. So the second goal project I will introduce within this 24hours opportunity given to me is how to rewards should be distributed properly to encourage everyone on hive especially the newbies. Many newbies leaves hive because of how they are not being encouraged.

This is also one marginalization I suffered when I joined hive, and especially also coming from the minorities should I say, because even with my original contents, mostly in culinary and gastronomy, it still took me time to earn rewards. Despite also being well engaged in communities

So a better reward system is still lacking behind here on hive because sometimes good created contents are not rewarded, while sone that lacks meaningfulness were always curated. This is seen as marginalization, and new on-boarders might not have the patience.

Awareness About Hive:

Although, I have continued to talk and make awareness about Hive to many people since I joined hive. And have also onboarded people, but with this big opportunity giving to me to manage and changing hive within 24 hours, I will definitely go all out to create more impression and more awareness about hive. Not just for the purpose of earnings, but for the purpose of improving one’s skill in every area.

People who has been here can testify how hive has improved their skills in one way or the other .many has improved in their command of English, many in writing skills, others in cooking 🥘, pastries 🥮 , exercising, all because of the communities they belong in. So hive is not just for earnings but also for improvement of lifestyle in a community of an ecosystem that has great future.

Togetherness In One Spirit:

A community that grows is a community with people of one agenda . This is one big goal project I will want to introduce on hive as a community. That we as people with the interest for Hive ecosystem future growth, we will need to continue with one spirit that will help us achieve a flourishing Hive Blockchain that generations will come and meet because of the legacy we will leave behind.

I know this might be one big task because everyone here have their personal plans and goals, but there is nothing t like people in togetherness with one spirit. As this will help encourage everyone on hive, while we are individually engaging, creating, promoting and building a support system that will benefit the future generation.

However, 24 hours of time might not.be enough for me to carry out the set goal project, but at least, it will be enough time to air my opinion and speaking it out, I know the future of Hive Blockchain is so bright. Only time will tell because a continuous improvement brings change which is the only thing constant.
